Let warmth flow without fear

Children playing filled with laughter

And people heart becoming lighter.

Being in their work sincere always.

So with faithful life in motion

Looking forward to noble mission

The Hug - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

With no one to access or bless

And life journey lose focus

With pain in heart one gaze

There is someone in ambience to address.

A hug from an unknown stranger

To face life with confidence prepare

As our pain he from heart shares

And shows he too our life cares.

So we are not all alone

Although we feel unknown

The shelter for our feeling from nowhere

Our life at that moment take cares.

Christmas Star - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

End of season is beginning

For what you believe is living

In life with delight twinkling

When at night at sky you are gazing.

Gladly path for your life show

Filled with hope to make merry

As it is like your wishes to grant  fairy.

So at night in life’s  past darkness

With light twinkling you are blessed.

Save the Mountain - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Feeling the habitation of earth

It bestowed grace to its growth

Never looking away or making delay

It helped the beings all the way.

In sunshine and rain

It driven the being in azure lane

But people are stepping into it for gain

Still it is laughing although suffering from pain.

Make its image in your heart stay

And join in its fight to save the day

Since happy and prospers you will be

If abode of Almighty always shines with glee.

Aesthetics and Quality – A Motivational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

When hot wind of hardship blows

With energy in each vein.

So in this aesthetic quality

Fill ambiance with serenity

To face any gravity

And to do your life’s duty.

Waves of Covid 19 - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Whole world is in pain

And in our planet it left stain

But we will survive and again arrive

Being fully robust and alive.

If it breeze’s through the window

By the door we shall get away from its shadow

As light of Almighty shines from door

So we can be happy for what for us in store.

In the days and night that pass

Let us love and faith in our heart realize

So however the pandemic waves flows

The strength in our heart glows.

NASA's SOFIA Discovers Water On Sunlit Surface Of Moon

There may be far more water on the Moon than previously thought, according to two studies published Monday raising the tantalising prospect that astronauts on future space missions could find refreshment -- and maybe even fuel -- on the lunar surface.

The Moon was believed to be bone dry until around a decade ago when a series of findings suggested that our nearest celestial neighbour has traces of water trapped in the surface.

Two new studies published in Nature Astronomy on Monday suggest there could be much more water than previously thought, including ice stored in permanently shadowed "cold traps" at lunar polar regions.

Windows To Life - A Motivational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Windows To Life – A Motivational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

When waves splash and our life slash

Our hopes to stay afloat is only wish

Look where sky and sea meet

And find in your heart light.

Wind and storm in life pass

When serenity in depth of ocean we realize

And dreams of our life to reach the shores

Where rain of happiness pours.

So what we dream night and day

Will see the light one day

You in your life never losing way

In your work being happy everyday .

Navarathri Festival – A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Let by the sword of mighty goddess

Demons of darkness banish

And light of knowledge shine

In fruits of purity people to dine.

In nine different forms she possess

The whole power of universe

So if with  love and faith we pray

We will succeed each day.

If we surrender at her feet

We will never face defeat

So worshiping the goddess in our breath

We will see light beyond death.

Nobel Peace Prize 2020 Awarded To World Food Programme

The United Nations food agency, the World Food Programme (WFP), won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for its efforts to combat hunger and improve conditions for peace in areas affected by conflict.

The Rome-based organisation says it helps some 97 million people in about 88 countries each year, and that one in nine people worldwide still do not have enough to eat.

"The need for international solidarity and multilateral cooperation is more conspicuous than ever," Berit Reiss-Andersen, chairwoman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, told a news conference.

The WFP is a driving force in efforts to prevent the use of hunger as a weapon of war and conflict, and the COVID-19 pandemic, which the WFP says could double hunger worldwide, has made it even more relevant, she said.

Second Alignment Plane Of Solar System Discovered

A study of comet motions indicates that the solar system has a second alignment plane. Analytical investigation of the orbits of long-period comets shows that the aphelia of the comets, the point where they are farthest from the Sun, tend to fall close to either the well-known ecliptic plane where the planets reside or a newly discovered 'empty ecliptic.'

This has important implications for models of how comets originally formed in the solar system.

Any Thing for the Essentials - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Searching for the light in the dark

Like in the night with hope to awake

As in each beginning of dawn

For most people in this world it is not fun.

The shoulders are drooped with weight of darkness

And praying in the sanctum for Angel to bless

For not all the gold in this world

But to soothe our bodies from anger of hunger.

So empty streets could filled with life

With dreams of people taking shape

As without the bare essentials

It is like ship is sailing without sails.

Ingenious Indians - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

We live by the sword believing in God

Being always our culture proud

Facing every day with love and faith

In life to pass the testing gate.

Comedy and tragedy is part of the story

To face and reach the glory

As only when you dive deep into Ocean

You get the knowledge vision

So striving through heart and soul

We play life’s different role

To one day to reach the goal

Ingenious while looking whole.

Independence Day - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

 We got freedom at midnight

But today India has to see another light

With COVID -19 pandemic in sight

With all the might we have to fight.

The death looks bang in the eye

But we should not allow our hopes to die

Pain and happiness are in same coin

So striving hard let us shine.

Free from darkness of disease

And rise to form a healthy world

With everyone in common fold

Blossoming in this earth’s field.

Have a low pain threshold? You might be part Neanderthal

Do you wince as you walk, or wake up with aches and pains? It could be down to your genes -- your Neanderthal genes, that is.
Many of us are part Neanderthal, with our genes carrying traces of past encounters between our early ancestors and the Stone Age hominins that populated Europe until around 40,000 years ago.

Now, researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Germany and Sweden's Karolinska Institutet think we can also attribute our pain thresholds to our Neanderthal DNA.

The Genuine Class - A Motivational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Trees sway in breeze in mountains
But mountains does not dance to stance
The emotions within it holds tight
For eon to keep its life bright.

With mist in air it takes care
And with clouds its happiness it shares
Waking with sun in morn
After resting with moon till dawn.

Its dreams shining like stars at night
In morn tries to see the light
Like rainbow after rain
The genuine colors you could ever seen.

Unmasking the Beauty – A Didactic Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

The mist in the early dawn
Swipes away the pain
As it is like in the country damsel
Who writes in your life a beautiful tale.

Guiding you always in your journey
Like flowing stream in nature
Protecting and taking care
And of your needs being aware.

As stream fills the thirst
And in serene water brings from you the best
In your journey like fishes with wishes
Which to its destined ocean reaches.

Solar Eclipse – An Inspirational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Moon covers the Sun
And in life many battles are to be won
As aspirations of life is invaded
And dreams of life are faded.

But time never stands still
So moments of loss pass
To be again in aspiration light
And for our life’s success to fight.

Each generations look alike
With promises to keep
So in moments of eclipse
Just bury your sorrows deep.

Distance – A Didactic Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Le the time flow like aspiration river
From mountain to meadow
Where in bright Sunshine
The happiness is with in close distance.

In the land filled with patience
With the butterfly essence

Encouraging them to happily live.

Since charm and beauty is alive
With hope and love to survive
When in nature in it you believe

The Author of Your Life – An Inspirational Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Like volcano erupts from mountain
Your life springs from fountain
And in heat and dust of the day
Be serene come what may.

Try to fill the pages of your life with laughter
As everyone in this earth is an actor
Filled with love and faith
With each day where ever you relate.

So in each pages of your life
Every day from dawn to dusk
The author is no one else but you
Writing the story to be one among the few.

Banking on Hope – A Philosophical Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

In the terrain fields to plough
Farmers look at the sky for rain
And in the seasons of life’s years
From dawn to dusk with others we share.

In twilight we look for light
With our hope rising with Sun
Also in between we look for rain
For human chain to sustain.

So with only hope blossoming
In the garden of life we will be living
With wishes of life like different coloured flowers
And hope of farmer like ripe grains fields.

Words to Live By – A Didactic Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Dreams of salt sprinkled in our food
Savouring the flavor we search or words
To live by the salt we eat
And fill the ambience with words sweet.

As hard life has got its own reward
Since spring blossom only after winter
The sweat of work in summer pouring from body
Keeps your table filled with dishes for everybody.

So grace and beauty of sincerity
Is to be filled in the words of our duty
If that is the life journey you live by
One day you will reach where your goals lie.

Desh Ka Namak - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Where ever we go
What ever we do
However we survive
It is our country that drive.

Roads may lead to hell and heaven
But our country is inspiring platform
To work like a honey bee
And savour honey at end of the day.

The globalization spreads its arms
But our country has got its own charm
To dream big and achieve
And at end of the day to happily live.

Mother’s Day - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

Bonded by feelings unknown
Beyond birth and death
Eyes flows with tears of joy
As in her arms every life lies.

When we respire to inspire
Being always in our prayer
In whose heart anyone can find a place
When life turns to bend us in many ways.

She is the one who gives our life a meaning
When we strive from beginning
So this day and everyday
She is the one who makes for our life a way.

Music - A Poem by Venkaesh M.R.

The rhythmic sound of rain
Where leaves of plants dance with breeze
And joy of life in their heart realize
When living through their days.

When we live our life around
We will be to success bound
If songs of nature
In our heart and veins capture.

The songs around is filled with harmony
For which no one need to spend penny
The freshness and purity that resides
The happiness for our life provides.

When You Die… - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

The blossomed white lots of soul held in the body
Lives from birth to death though out
Smiling at its mother in childhood
And reflecting dark days in old age.

But it makes you happy when world is ugly
From cheering from within filled with serenity
As each soul has beauty beyond death
When from childhood you climb each step.

So in sun shine and rain, in happiness and pain
Try to lead the life in azure lane
To reach heaven at the end of journey
By spending for everyone happiness penny.

Have We Found The New Earth? This New Planet Has The Right Conditions to Hold Water

Usng re-analysed data from NASAs Kepler space telescope, a team of scientists has discovered an Earth-size exoplanet orbiting in its star's habitable zone, the area around a star where a rocky planet could support liquid water. Out of all the exoplanets found by Kepler, this distant world -- located 300 light-years from Earth -- is most similar to Earth in size and estimated temperature, according to a study published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters. This newly revealed world is only 1.06 times larger than our own planet. Also, the amount of starlight it receives from its host star is 75 per cent of the amount of light Earth receives from our Sun -- meaning the exoplanet's temperature may be similar to our planet's, as well.

Prayer - A Poem by Venkatesh M.R.

The dance of global pandemic is rampant
Causing harm that one could never dream
People to be free like birds in tree
Let us pray for the almighty thee.

Young and old shiver with fright
Not knowing what to do is right
So let god bless us with light
When we fight the virus with all the might.

To see the day once again
Where we are free from sufferings and pain
Living our lives like birds once again
Singing his glory in life’s mountains and plains.

The Life of People - River Themed Poem On Philosophy Of Life by Venkatesh M.R.

Originates from energy of mountain
And flows like in ambience fountain
Bringing joy by playing around
In peace and harmony people to spend.

But serene life is polluted by greed and ambition
Like flowing river is polluted on its way to destination
The happiness turning to sorrow along the way
In the journey by sometimes fuming and sometimes crying.

But heaven of ocean to reach and live
Do something to be one among the few
Like keeping your soul and mind in a place
Where it possess purity and grace.

The Floating Dreams - An inspirational poem by Venkatesh M.R.

As dark and bright clouds appear
And in horizon of life to be alone we fear
But in darkness fight for light
As Sun and Moon are always with in sight.

For clouds of dreams to float high
And for worries to say good bye
With flying birds of hope around
To reach where final destination sounds.

As between the land of birth to death
We search for happiness and wealth
But in your soul if you search for light
All our dreams are within sight
